Business sent the wrong mattress frame and refused to refund or even send the correct item. When I explained the pieces do not match the instructions and even my friend, an engineer, looked at it - they insisted it was assembly and refused to do anything further

We bought our new box spring from Mattress Liquidators and the salesman (can't remember his name) was very helpful. We were kinda trying to lower the price as they said they are very competitive.
