I went into their store and picked out an arrangement for it to be delivered. A few days later the delivery came, and it wasn't what we ordered. It looked like an arrangement you'd buy at the side of the road for $10
When we called to complain, we spoke to Wendy who likes to do a lot of "um hmmm. ok, u hmm" in a very condescending way.
All she did was make matters worse. She's got a very superior attitude, and uses phrases like "well no one else complained" -- does that really matter when you've got a customer who has been wronged?
I would never trust them to deliver flowers because they have a no care attitude if they drop the ball.
In the end she offered to make up a small arrangement and for us to go pick them up. She acted as if we were trying to just get something for free. When we turned her down, she acted surprised like it's all we were after.
What is the point of walking into the store, pointing at an arrangement, only to have something completely different delivered? Their website talks about 50 years in business, and voted best in Chilliwack, but they are prone to letting down their customers just like any business. Which is fine, things happen, but the no care superior attitude is totally uncalled for when things go wrong.
Please do not let Wendy answer the phone over there anymore.
