I called here before I went to HunterEx and their rates were ok but I ended up buying from Hunter Exchange.

Absolutely atrocious service. Our "agent" left on vacation for 2 weeks without telling us. When we called the office to ask for help - the lady there told us that she wasn't going to help us because they don't have time.

Needless to say, we are now on the market for another agent who will actually leave us in capable hands if they decide to take off for a vaca.
