Took my $$$ ... Never cared about customer satisfaction

I had Malkin Cleaners clean my mother's carpet last summer, and they did a great job...reasonable prices, too.
So, when my mother cut her leg and a large amount of blood stained the carpet, I called Malkin Cleaners from Calgary, and had them go in and do the job.
Someone went to mom's apartment, spent about an hour, and charged me $255.36 on my credit card.
Firstly, Nigel said he would send an invoice via email...never received one!
Secondly, the cost was very high!
Thirdly, the blood stains were never sucessfully cleaned, and, in fact, the stains have darkened over the last few months to render the carpets in need of replacement or simply to be cleaned and treated properly.
I called Nigel and told him that the stains were still quite noticeable, and that they need to go back and do the job properly. Also, I said I had yet to receive any invoice - just a charge to my credit card. He promised he would speak with the technician and get back to me, but this was back in Feb./2012 and I have yet to hear back.
I have recently called Malkin Cleaners to see if they will do what is right and go back to the apartment and get the job done.
Hopefully, Nigel will call me back and do what is right.
If not, I guess the BBB complaint!
I will amend this post if Nigel sets things right.
