Wow we are in shock with their service.

We had them do a fireplace surround in quartz at @ $2200.
Their website states and we were told quartz is resilient to heat

Everything went well until the surround cracked from each corner shortly after it was installed..
Here is their answer from Christian Bruno | Executive Account Manager...I can remake the fireplace for you but It will be charged. It was not cracked or damaged of any sort when it was originally installed. The damaged occurred sometime after. If you would like the new one to be made it will be charged. The price for the new piece will be $1485.00 it can be done in one piece and it shouldn’t be cracking unless there is a lot of heat coming out of the fireplace.

When we ordered it there was no problem with heat on the Quartz according to Christian. They knew exactly where it was going.

We noticed the cracks when cleaning the quartz shortly after installation, I phoned Christian and was told no problem with replacement and to call after back from a holiday. Now he says no.
Be very aware of these suppliers. They do not stand behind their product.
