Places like this are why Yelp was invented. I had a mail box here while I was in and out of Vancouver. At first, they seemed helpful but that quickly changed. When I cancelled, in person, a Mail Box in August 2014 and received paperwork with final payment from owner Joseph, they went ahead and charged my credit card they forgot was on file in Decmber 2014, 4 months later! I gave this place a chance because it was local.. despite their horrible website.
One of the girls there was very helpful with my printing needs.. I'm taking a Graphic Design course and found out that she took the same one. She's been so wonderful. The other people there.. leave a LOT to be desired in the Customer Service department.. Straight up Rude actually!
