Macdonald Autobody and Glass has had my vehicle for 4 weeks now to fix a bumper on an mpi claim. I have had to call in multiple times to get an update only to have them make excuses as to why it was taking so long to fix my vehicle. In Dec 2017 I had damage done to our 2002 dodge caravan
MPI wrote it off, because the vichicle was to old. How ever the van is in excelant condition
And I wanted it repaired.
Took it to a couple of auto body shops for an ESTIMATE ,But was told that mpi would have to
Approve the repairs.End of story.
