M.A.C. was founded in Toronto and is now owned by Estée Lauder. This flagship store is perpetually packed, especially on weekends, but if you call ahead, you can schedule an appointment for a makeup lesson. In addition to cosmetics, the store carries skin- and hair-care supplies.

Francis is amazing. For every hair colour I have, he has picked out the perfect shades and tones to complement my complexion and bring out my eyes. The most recent lip gloss shade he suggested is my new shade for life. He's great! And super sweet and even suggested it made more sense to buy the travel sized Strobe cream because I would get more bang for my buck. Worth the trip to this location... more

I bought a few things in this store today and the staff were so sweet! Like, genuinely nice, not corporate nice. A credit to the company and from now on I'll go out of my way to get my Mac stuff from here.
