Every year we go see Lunchbox Theatre's holiday play. This year's was "After Party" and it was a delight. We love the ambiance of the small theatre, the intimacy of a small cast, and the great writing of the plays.
So sad the little bar next door closed and is now a rental car company, as it was great to see a play then go for a drink immediately following.
Since the early 1970s, this popular company has been offering Calgary's downtown population a little theater entertainment during lunch. Every noon, office-going crowd towed with brown bags, hurry to this small theater for 50 minutes of live entertainment.
