Beware-Don't prepay for installation, get screwed

I purchased a counter top and paid for the installation for a total of $958.82 . The installation did not go well. The mitered cut does not fit well together. there is a , what i call a ketch. The installation of the sink went from bad to worse. They put it so far back on the counter top that they had to cut the back brace of the cabinet so that now the cabinet side has no integrity. Nothing holding the side up. They still could not tighten the tap, so now it wiggles. They then asked me to turn the water on, but, they DID NOT HAVE THE TAPS HOOKED UP TO THE PIPES. Water everywhere. Now my laminent floor is curled and warped.

I called the Contractor Specialist, Tammy Connors and she came out and took pictures. Said that she would take info back to manager. I called the Manager, Jason ??????. He said he saw the pictures and it was good enough for him. He asked me how much water was on the floor. I said that I don't know because i was in the basement turning on the water at their request. Jason said that the installer said about a quart. *(2 pipes coming up from the floor through the cabinet full blast) Obviously enough to curl the laminent flooring. He also said that maybe the flooring was old. He also said that maybe the sink was too big for the spot. I said it was the same size sink that came out and if it was too big that maybe his "professional" installers should have mentioned so. Jason also said that the counter top that was good enough for him could be off because the counter were not level. Not once did they have a level in their hand, the installers or the "Specialist" Tammy Connors. Their excuse for moving the sink back so far was that the installer could not reach the fasteners on the front of the sink to tighten it. I explained that even I knew that the front plate (fake drawer) under the sink is for that purpose. All I want is for them to replace the counter top. NO INSTALLATION. Also work out some kind of replacement for the laminent flooring. It is continuous through the kitchen, dining room, living room and hallway with no breaks. I told them that I would agree to just some type of vinyl for the kitchen. I'M not looking to replace all of the floor. Could not get any consideration at all. Basically told me too bad for you.
