Who yells at customers?
The last time I visited Lugaro's Jewellers over a week ago the female owner was screaming at a customer. The customer was in tears and I believe security even became involved. It was horrific; they have lost my business for ever.

Great staff and diamond options!
July 15, 2010This store was everything, loose diamonds, diamond rings and great knowledgeable staff. Although they didnt have the loose diamond I wanted in the specifics I asked for; they were willing for fly/ order it in for me but with an extra cost (*minus 1/2 star*).
