It's tiny shop inside Richmond Public Market, they do average job but the price is so reasonable.
I have taken my jeans, pants to Louisa for alterations for a decades and happy with her good job.
She did custom made the duvet cover (use 2 flats sheets to make it) for me and charged me under $30.
