My mother and I are regulars at Lotus and we always leave satisfied. Jenny is amazing at waxing and the pedicures are some of the best I've ever received. Not to mention the ladies who work there are always so fun to talk to. My only criticism is that they should have more polish colours to choose from.

Deceiving experience. Inexperienced nail customers beware
I barely ever get my nails done and wanted to try something new spontaneously
Asked for uv gel nails, discussed what I wanted and shape also. Later discover the women did acrylic on my nails from watching videos on both methods when I got home. The woman used a wet brush dipped in powder and laid that on my nails instead of a gel type...
