We waited a long time for our meal - which didn't matter too much as we were chatting a lot. However the manager noticed, and without prompting knocked two of the meals off the bill and discounted the others by 50%. So fully forgiven!
The food is good and the deep fried ice cream dessert is awesome.

A night out with friends. The service was friendly and not over-bearing. The Texas ribs and single fajita meals (chicken) were excellent. Good size portions.

Worst experience of Ottawas food on my visit coming from Ireland.
The waiter ignored us for half an hour preferring to chat with his colleagues, after getting his attention and ordering drinks he brought them out then argued with me on how I was pouring my pint of Guinness.
