Very upsetting - ruined clothing

I dropped off my coat and leather skirt here and said it had to be done within five days. Despite being assured this was ok, I showed it to have it not done and then was told it would be finished in two hours. I had my Dad pick it up as I was leaving town only to later find I had been charge over $50.00 for puckered repairs done in a hurry. Will not have to find someone to repair the shoddy work. I have never seen such horrible workmanship in all the time I have taken my clothes for repairs. Highly disappointing.
