The photo services are frustrating. Sometimes you can download photos from an I-Phone, etc., to one of their computers, and then sit at the computer and order prints by selecting the ones you want. Other times, their computers do not function properly. It is very much hit and miss and causes a customer to make extra trips back to try their computers again.
