We downsized from a town house to a 2 bedroom condo. All the furniture, much of it oversized and heavy, had to be moved to the main floor whether it was going in the truck or not. Arrived 4.5 hrs late (original arrangement was at 11.00 am, arrived at 3.30 pm).Original quotation was grossly inaccurate.Unable to complete the move on the same day (they arrived too late), thus the unloading of my belongings were done on the next day.My belongings stayed in their truck overnight.When the arrived the next morning, before anything else, they had me to agree to pay a flat rate... more

Arrived late, didn't have as many movers as promised, broke things, didn't deliver others, overcharged, then didn't answer phone calls or return phone messages, asked for a list of complaints in writing then never replied. Awful, awful service.
