Maple overload. Very helpful staff, gave out some samples explaining the differences between maples flavors depending on when they're collected. There's a small "museum" downstairs if you're interested in more maple related facts.
We got the maple gelato and maple grand marnier cappuccino. The gelato wasn't all that but the cappuccino hit the spot after a day of walking around old Montreal.

After two months in Paris, I stayed over in Montreal. I can say the Maple Macaroons here were the best I've ever had!

Leurs muffins à l'érable sont tout simplement exquis!! Les deux fois où j'y suis allé, il y avait des dégustations de produits à l'érable, où on peut apprendre beaucoup sur ceux-ci. Il y a un petit musée gratuit au sous-sol. Bref, c'est mon avis et je le partage !

on pourrait croire à une boutique pour touriste, mais non! À visiter ! L'érable reste un produit local à se procurer de temps en temps . Bref, c'est mon avis et je le partage !

C'est une pâtisserie et un bistro, avec une section où ont peut acheter plusieurs produits de l'érable. Très beau commerce, les friandises chocolatées à l'érable sont excellentes. Plusieurs idées cadeaux. Bon endroit pour faire découvrir les produits de l'érable à mes amis Européens. Ça vaut le déplacement!!! Bref, c'est mon avis et je le partage !
