Horrible
I regret going to Leona stone today, wanted to order some loose limestone screening and the owner was extremely rude. He could not provide me with delivery time and when I questioned him about it he told me he does not want my business. I went next door and got what I wanted along with a pleasant atmosphere. He is a toxic and miserable old man
Client always wrong
I received the wrong stone (the color was different) and I was asked to pay for delivery again if I wanted to exchange it.
Very rude owner, unable to tell the difference between stones and colors. When I tried to explain the situation he refused to listen and pointed to the door.
Sale person, Leona, has no people skills whatsoever!
I wouldnt recomend doing business with this vendor to anyone.
