June 13, 2011lenscrafters,pearle vision, sears optical,sunglass hut,target optical are all the same. actually it handeled by a con man who use to flip pizzas at pizzahut.this con man does not care about quality, just want people to sell garbage. i would not trust my eyes to them.go to independent a lot better

May 28, 2011My husband & I have been clients of Lenscrafters and Dr. Meyer & Associates (optometrists next door to Lenscrafters) for over 12 years. There have been times we have had to wait for our new glasses but the staff have always been accommodating and very helpful. Repairs have always been done promptly. We have also returned glasses (we didn't like the frames or the lenses didn't seem right)... more

May 09, 2011I walked into the store last night at 6:00 p.m., only to have to wait 5 minutes, not because it was busy, but because the two women chatting did not wish to interrupt their conversation. So the 3rd employee, who was on the phone, helped me when she was done. I indicated what I needed, which was to repair my glasses, that I had purchased from them. She indicated it would take at least an hour... more
