Beware of Len's Kitchens

We used Len's to replace our kitchen counter. This was a big mistake from the get go. Len asked us to remove our old counter to speed up the installation of new one. When new counter arrived, it was the wrong size, and we were not informed that the back-splash of the counter was smaller than our old one. The counter with the right dimensions finally arrived 2 weeks later, try living without a kitchen counter for 2 weeks. What's worse, calling Len's Kitchens and being told nothing and stop calling, it's not life or death. New counter had to be raised so that the back-lip is flush with back-splash on wall. Result, a 1.5 inch gap is now left between counter and cabinets underneath. Solution, 1.5 inch strips installed to cover gap. A few months go by, the counter starts to bubble up, we're told it's a result of water being spilled onto counter. Go figure, a new kitchen counter has water spilled on it, who would have thought. IT'S A KITCHEN COUNTER, OF COURSE WATER MAY SPILL ONTO IT. Len advises us to call the manufacturer, why should we call the manufacturer, we bought it from you, you call the manufacturer. A rep from the manufacturer comes over and agrees, it needs to be replaced, he will contact Len's. Len calls us to advise the counter needs to be replaced. Great we thought. Months go by, no new kitchen counter, no call from Len as to the delay. I gave Len a call, now he's saying the counter will not be replaced, it was caused by water being spilled onto counter. Now we're left with a counter that has bubbled-up. Also, nobody should have to deal with Len and his receptionist Yolanda, the two of you should really get some customer service training.
I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID.
