Value for your money?
I have visited Chien Noir numerous times over the past few years. Each time I go it seems as though they have changed the menu, removing some of the best dishes. I went yesterday for lunch with my family and ordered the vegetable sandwich with frisee salad. The sandwich was fair at best, but the frisee salad was awful. It was bitter and boring, and garnished with ONE cherry tomato cut in half, unbelievable, all for the low price of $12!! The service was excellent however I must admit. I will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

The best accidental find
