Excellent customer service
September 16, 2011Great customer service! Not pushy salespeople. We purchased 5 years ago and even had to have warranty work done on the hot tub. Very satisfied with the company!

September 14, 2011I have nothing but great things to say about the staff at LCL spas! They are all knowledgable and friendly. Any issues that we have had were dealt with quickly. Any time I have a question, I know that I can drop by or call and they will take the time to talk to me and make sure that everything is dealt with. I have recommended LCL to all my friends!
