The guy who is always there can't take simple instructions but prefers to make it his way ONLY. It was a waste of timey
August 04, 2014He will not listen. He should pay attention to a paying customer. My chicken wrap was awful. I only had a couple of bites had to leave it. Will NEVER go back. Only went because it was a holiday and I was desperate and my favorite place was closed. Hoping it didn't out me off chicken wraps. Really.

March 10, 2014Worst customer service ever, i was $0.22 away from $5 purchase, and he made me refund it to charge me the $.50 he charges for debit purchases under $5. Best Shawarma in Ottawa West
July 23, 2013I've been coming since they opened (received an opening flyer at the house) and glad I did. In 10+ years the food still tastes great, they use high quality ingredients (white breast meat, no greasy brown meat or grizzle) and its clean. I love a good Shawarma and have tried them everywhere, I find its hit and miss. This place... more
