Post Hole Auger Rental Ripp-off

I rented a post hole auger and was given the incorrect auger with huge teeth on it. This auger took a huge bite in the clay and got stuck fast in only 18 inches! It took 3 1/2 hours to remove the auger because the machine was so underpowered it was not capable of doing it. I had to use a hydraulic jack to get it out!
