I love my Toyota, but this dealership, not so much. To schedule an oil change you have to call two weeks in advance, and its not like they are free?

I had to order a hitch here once and they said that it would be super easy for me to install myself, that all I had to do was put in four bolts, so I said awesome, ordered it and it took me forever to try to get it installed and I failed, so I... more
