Bought a couch, 2 love seats and 2 chairs. The first batch was late. When they did deliver they were late again with some of the other pieces. They had to bring a service man to fix one of the chairs as it wasnt working poperly. We decided we didn't like one of the couches after a week and they said they would exchange it. They promised the exchange would happen within a week or so. Two months... more

We dealt with multiple La-z-boy outlets in the GTA and either they misrepresented to us about availability of the product we wanted so they could see us floor models. Or they tried to over charge us. We called the Barrie store because we are moving there and they gave us the best price no questions and the color we wanted.

We found the sales assistant objective, knowledgeable and helpful. Their products have filled out home beautifully.
