I had a Buytopia voucher for haircut and color for $39 But I got charged additional $50 including tax. The voucher indicated additional $15 for long and coarse hair and tax was supposed to be $5 , so what's the additional $30 charge? My hair is about 2 inches below the shoulder and not coarse.
