Sara - Dreadful Kolor Twist experience

I came in to see an experienced stylist for a color, specifying exactly what I needed. I got Sara. I brought in extensions that are a dark ash blonde and my hair was a medium orangish brown. She takes one look at the extensions and says "Oh, these are a little bit lighter than your hair. I'll go mix the color, brb". She sounded confident but before I know it this extremely dark semi-permanent dye is deposited into my hair. I was upset and told her it was too dark but she claimed it was because it was wet. She washed and dried it and surely it was almost black. I thought to myself we its a pretty nice color I wont cry about it.

Washed it out a few days later and $140 down the drain! ALL the color was gone in 5 days!! I called back and she refused to talk to me, claimed my hair was too damaged to do anything with (it's my natural texture, we don't all have silky hair but thnx!) I boxed dyed my hair over 3 months ago and just now she's trying to convince me it's an additional fee for color correction of $150. Correcting your own mistake? Or my box dye 3 months ago?

Instead of getting an ash blonde permanent color, I got a dark brown semi-permanent dye that washed out in 5 days. I just made a regrettable $140 donation to Kolor Twist under the hands of Sara. Thanks for twisting your face at me the whole time, didn't know that's what twist standed for.
