April 01, 2011This was my first year using Kodiak and I was really surprised with the number of times they came by despite the lack of snow. I feel I got great value for the money I paid and never had a problem reaching them. Was with another company previously that never answered their phone, so it was nice to speak to a live person instead of an answering machine. Loved their service. Would not hesitate to... more

March 26, 2011I was very satisfied they were there on time and even came a couple times a day if they needed to. The lane was always clear. This year I used Speedy who I would not recommend.

October 03, 2010The company gets the job done but they have weak customer relations. We feel they could come more often. They do not cause damage to our landscaping. They usually arrive midday to do the removal.
