Installation sux!

We got two Kolher windows .installed at over $1500.00
the work was terrible,wind blew in ,we callled, they said
that the window was not shut, they were. I called many times, and after a year or so they sent someone up.

He pulled the boards off which were put on with very large nails. The first crew had just riped out the
old ones but never bothered to put in any foam or the like.

When the second crew came, they pulled off the boards
leaving bigger holes in the plaster which they left. They also filled in behind the moulding with foam, which, when the boards were put back on left a very large gap between the wall and boards - we had to fill all the large holes they left.

We also had to put plastic on them every since they were installed and this year one of them is covered with condensation. They are worse than the old ones they replaced.

It was a total waste off money. $1500.00 windows we have to put plastic on I would NOT EVER have this company again......we call the windows 8 blanket windows....
