Poor Management

Gloria Lam (assistant property manager) is my point of contact for my building and she is both rude and unhelpful. All requests for maintenance or complaints regarding my unit have been ignored. She will take your money and wash her hands of ever dealing with you again. Kingsday Holdings must be foolish to let someone so unprofessional represent them.
