Customer Service Supreme

I was referred to Killarney TV from the Sony store in Kingsway. I have an older (10 years) large screen projection tv that had blue dots in the middle of the screen. I dropped the set off, got a call the next day (that in itself is exceptional!) and was told ....bad news, the part woould cost about $1000.00. However....he promised to look for a used part...and the good news....he would look for a used part. True to his word he found one. The cost was very reasonable. The $50.00 assessment fee was credited to the final cost. On pick up,the TV was plugged in, turned on and reprogrammed. Excellent service, technical advise and efficiency. I recommend Killarney TV for all your Sony needs.
