Terrible Service

Four and a half months in the shop and no service after first having been told it would be about a week. Finally I was told that he had no idea when he could get to it. Very rude. They are the service rep in Canada for Paul C. Buff's White Lightening Flash equipment and after telling them of my experience I was told that they have had many complaints about them. I now send my repairs direct to Nashville just to avoid them.
No option to give them a no star rating.
