July 13, 2014Ordered Big Crunch combo greasy over cooked to the point there was no chicken left and dry was not edible. This has happened twice. Complained first time, they did nothing about it. Very expensive stay away from this KFC.

KFC needs to go back to their roots
July 20, 2013maybe KFC needs to hire more people who actgually remember when KFC was good. That was a long time ago. KFC is getting consistently worse for value. When ordering we always say we would like to have fresh fries, not double dipped, BUT how many times do we get double dipped fries.
And even the chicken is so greasey, the staff are not pleasant. I would love to go around and teach them customer service.
