The Kapisanan Philippine Centre used to be a pretty standard community centre for Toronto's Filipino population, but as of late, it has undergone some revamping. The end result - a youth-focused arts&culture development complex.

Making great use of their 3500 sq. foot space in Kensington Market, Kapisanan has created a:
