Useless
they seem to be want to help you. BUT actually, they don't know what they do. they were useless for me as a client and real wast of time. don't wast your time there,
very disappointed
Immigration services is such an important service that should be in every Canadian community, but this one has lost the confidence of so many people. Their board has not done things in the right way, personnel have been mistreated and fired and many of their clientele has been frightened to return since the firing of the people in whom they had put their trust.
