poor service
I took my car in for some basic repairs (brakes, exhaust) and I was asked to drop off the car between 8:00 and 9:00 am so I did.
The car wasn't even looked at until the afternoon and I got a call after 5:00 saying that the work would not be completed until the following day. I asked if the car was currently drivable and they said no. They did not offer a loaner car for the evening or anything.
The next day when the work was completed, they still charged me full price for all parts and labour (and, for what its worth, the bill seemed quite large for the amount of work done).
I will NEVER go to this garage again!

Great service
September 13, 2010Have been taking my cars there for more than 10 years. Always honest and reliable. Can be busy for a small shop so might have to wait a few days for a non-urgent repair but most of the time they can help immediately with an urgent matter. Good prices always and have had a number of times where they have suggested to skip a repair if not necessary. Only service Hondas, Toyotas and Mazdas and... more
