Quick, Polite and Knowledgeable!

I called ken to fix the leak in my washer and he quickly identified it was most likely the pump and told me he'd the job would take 15 minutes. Ken arrived on time, his rates are reasonable, he cleaned up after he was done. And he was right he was in and out quickly and now I'm getting all my laundry done! Definately give him a call.
