terrible experience

Unfortunately very bad, unprofessional service..not to mention, for the first time in a long time, I experienced an incredibly unflattering hair cut and blow dry ..I honestly couldn't believe how horrible it looked...either the hairdresser Kirby didn't have the skill set to cut my hair well or simply didn't care to try to make my hair look decent......I feel bad mentioning her name, but I do feel compelled to warn other potential customers. She used thinning shears without understanding how to properly use them and removed so much hair, my hair is now completely flat and has an extremely weird shape. I had to actually ask her to even out the front of my hair as one side was a couple inches shorter....She was constantly texting, leaving the salon several times for smokes and beyond the initial how are you, said absolutely nothing to me the entire time... I don't know how the other stylists are, but I would definitely not risk letting Kirby do you hair. I learned my lesson about trying to go the cheap route (wag jag) and will be returning to my regular hair stylist of 5 years.
