Took my Toyota Corolla for oil change.

Service agent was very good and listen to me carefully before answer my questions. My concern was documented and got proper answer at the end. Not intimidating at all.

As for the dealership, I have to pay 50 cents for coffee or any other drinks from vending machine. Not sure why?

After taking a few days to calm down, I wrote a well worded, yet scathing letter detailing my terrible experience and emailed it to the General Manager, the President of the Auto group and anyone else I could find on their webpages. The Manager emailed me back and offered to "meet and discuss". Well, I don't know what there is to talk about unless you are giving me back the $500! I didn't hear... more
