Good afternoon Mr. Gilbert and thanks for your email. Sorry if it took a while to reply. I have been very busy at work lately but I kept your email because I really had a great experience while buying my vehicle at your dealership and wanted to share it with you. I just copied and pasted your questions below and answered each of them individually.
1- How would you rate your experience with our team? From 1 below average to 10 above average. Feel free to elaborate.
That’s a 10 for me. I rarely give a perfect mark but I had such a great experience that I can’t find anything to complain about. I enquired online about the Jeep Compass I was interested in and within the following few hours, I already had an email from Justin saying that it wasn’t even in the lot yet but asking if I was available to go check it out as soon as it was ready. I called him up right away to enquire more information about the vehicle, mentioned that this was exactly what I was looking for and asked to have priority on it and that was done right away.
Then, when I first met Justin, he wasn’t trying to sell me the vehicle right away. He really made me feel comfortable and walked me through your office (which is, by the way, the best looking car dealership I’ve ever been at!) and I particularly enjoyed being able to step into your garage and see how the mechanics inspect the vehicles. That made me more confident in your business.
When I decided to buy, Justin was really open to work the deal so I could become the proud owner of that vehicle with payments I could afford and options like the GAP program, which I got and keeps my financial mind at ease. We discussed a lot and I feel like I got a very good deal. And people in my surroundings are even saying now that I’ve got the best deal I could possibly get for that vehicle.
I’ve owned the vehicle for about three weeks now and I’m just in love with it. Everything in it works perfectly. I also like that you don’t hide any defects of problems about the vehicles you sell and you are not afraid to show your clients the car proof report right away.
I only have one suggestion to make if I can. I found that the options you can buy like the extended warranty and other things were explained to me very fast after I decided to buy and I would have liked to maybe get an information sheet or a brochure with details on everything to bring back home with me overnight so I could study those options more. I only got a brochure about the extended warranty and the rest was just presented in a 5-minute powerpoint presentation, which is great but it’s hard to decide if you want to invest what I consider a significant amount of money in those options if you are not 100% sure of what you’ll get in return.
2- Would you recommend Wheels and Deals to your, friends, family and co-workers? Yes - Maybe – No
Yes, absolutely. I am already talking very positively about Wheels and Deals to everyone I know. I’ve never had such a great experience at a car dealership. I’m totally recommending you as well to anyone who is shopping for a new vehicle.

Lots of busy salespeople, so you wait for a free one to notice you looking around the lot...Alright service if your willing to hunt down someone to help you...
Had been looking at a truck for a couple days. Had been in and talked price with salesman and then had to convince the Wife. Came back a few days later witht the Wife and took it for a drive. Had a good test drive and had made up my mind that I was going to buy the Truck. An hour later when i got back to the dealer I was brought inside and told the Truck had been sold while I had it out for the test drive.
Once this happened they offered to give me a deal on another truck that I was interested in but I decided that I did not want to give my business to W&D. Ended up buying a truck the next week elsewhere.
I would rate my experience at Jim Gilbert's Wheels and Deals a 10. 10 it was a great experience and really enjoyed how fast and
convenient they were!! I would most definately recommend Wheels and Deals to anyone who is looking for a new to them vehicle.
My experience once again was a 10, not only did Will make purchasing our second car easy, but he worked with us to make sure we found something that fit our lifestyle. I would rate my experience a 9!!! Steve was great. I knew exactly what I wanted and he had the right answers to my questions. Steve made the entire process of purchasing a new vehicle easy.
