I had to go to 2 locations over appx 3 miles apart and took over 20 mins to check in because the guy had tv on and talking on phone personal call. It was a worst experience ever.

this location was very helpful and equipment was perfect for what i needed it for. equipment was clean uhaul representative was polite, i will be using this location again

I booked the truck to be picked up from the Ajax location but when i went there they said that office was no longer in operation and asked me to come to the Pickering location to get the paper work done. Also the truck provided was really old and not in great shape
