Beware - staff does not tell you all sales are final until after you sign paperwork. Ordered 2 dresses on a saturday afternoon, called back one hour later to cancel one and was told no. I was told dress was ordered and cannot be cancelled via computer. No dress is in production one hour after ordering on a saturday afternoon. Sales managers and staff can not refund, have not been trained how.... more
