Amazing Selection!
This was my first time in a Jean Machine. I never would have guessed that so many jeans and tops existed and it was very overwhelming! I was about to leave when this sales lady (Sue or Susan) started asking me questions about myself. Within moments I had a pile of jeans and tops she picked out for me, all of them fit me like a glove and were totally my style.
I don't know why it took me so long to get into a Jean Machine but it is for sure my spot in the mall from now on!
NO! to Jean Machine
I went to Jean Machine in the Eaton's Centre and will not shop there again due to the high pressure sales tactics and no return policy. The pushy sale clerk continued to bring items I had said I was not interested in. They have an unusual NO RETURN policy. It's exchange only, on ALL items. I later found the same items at a different store for a reduced price hours later, only to find they would not accept a return. Do not trust the staff. They are misleading.

For the men's on the left, carry Levi's, Guess, Mavi and Silver. Limited selection, I thought.
Some light jackets, and nice long sleeve casual dress shirts.
Good service, she offered some suggestions. No big sales today.
Right by the escalators, ground level.

First time in Toronto, first time visiting the Eaton Centre and while I was planning my trip, I heard only good things about this place- boy were people right!
This is a quality store that offers an amazing variety of pants with an equally dedicated team of employees.

I've never had such a good experience at a clothing store. I walked in because I had a $10 of $30 gift card, and I wasn't really planning to buy anything (was just going to look around). One of the sales associates approached me to ask if I needed any help. I rejected at first, but then he approached me a second time to give me a recommendation for skinny jeans since that's what I was lookin... more
