The Inner Harbour/James Bay area isn't especially blessed with cheap digs, but this Edwardian manor on the edge of Beacon Hill Park is one of the few. Pleasant staff, great location, and a local pub/restaurant as well! We rented a smaller room and the bed was definitely smaller than we had anticipated, so that was a bit of a disappointment. We loved being so close to downtown Victoria and Beacon Hill Park.Thanks for a great experience! :)

We arrived late in the evening, and the hotel staff was pleasant, helpful, and accommodating regarding locate where we could get some late night fare. Our room was decent size with 2 queen size beds, and the hotel itself gave you a Victorian feel, especially when you were provided with a house key for your room.
