Avoid Be Natural Laser Clinic - Terrible Service

I had a terrible experience with Be Natural Laser Clinic. I purchased a Dealfind voucher for Be Natural and it was a bad decision from the start. Buyer Beware! It was very difficult to get an appointment and the attitude from the owner toward the Dealfind customers was very negative. She told me they were a different type of clientelle and some weren't very nice. I can only guess that was because it was so frustrating for people to try to get an appointment. I was made to feel unreasonable because I wanted a Saturday appointment and that was not convenient for Be Natural. They were overwhelmed with their Dealfind customers and obviously couldn't handle the business. After my consultation, they told me they would get back to me with appointment times which they never did.

I did end up having one appointment after I followed up. When I was due for my second appointment, I got the following email: "We are no longer honoring dealfind vouchers due to unforseen circumstances. Please feel free to contact them and they will refund you."

This was terrible service and I would avoid Be Natural Laser Clinic at all costs.
