No Care Attitude!
I have Been coming here for months. I am usually very patient. They are very busy and so when they switch between customers I work with them. This time though I went for a nail fill and because the last girl aplied the gel too thick it took time to file off.
I was moved from one girl to another to another and finally the owner. When she then asked me if I wanted a pedicure, I laughed and stated how about just getting my nails finished. Her reply was " no appointment you wait " seriously! NO ONE had an appointment and 2 others came and went and I was still there.
Never going back, and I do not reccommend anyone else to go either.
They don't care, they neve speak English, and they turnover the staff too much.
nails are great, service was poor!
I got gel nails done on my toes, and, yes, they look great! The entire store spoke amungst themselves in Vietnamese the entire time, which was awful service. On top of that, they left some sort of burn mark on both my feet. Of course, when I spoke to the owner Jack, they dismissed the fact I got it from there. I wasn't angry at first, as I was only looking for a solution to treat the marks.., but they kept saying it wasn't from them. I am sure you can get nails done elsewhere, without the "others"!!! Lots of other options on 130th Avenue SE!!
