After shopping bite
August 11, 2014After an evening of shopping at Dartmouth Crossing, we got hungry and decided to try Jack Astor's for the first time. The service was great and we arrived just before the dinner rush. Try Again-NO
August 11, 2014We went back hoping we could provide a better review. Unfortunately it has gone down hill again. We found hair in our food-which was replaced, but both my partner and I ate individually at different times. So sad! Too top it off our waiter apologized and then topped it off by telling us how unorganized they are at Jack Astors... more

Food was very good but service was poor
August 04, 2014Was our first time there. Waiting an hour for our meals. Ceasar Salad came out with no cheese, bacon bits or croutons. Fries had to be sent back twice as they were not hot. Manager came over and comped our meal for the poor service. Once the food came it was very good. Will go back and try again next... more
