Sucks - horrible service

Worst sevice ever, I will be reporting them to better business bureau. Needless to say, I would never shop here again. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. The salesclerks will purposely lie to you, just to make a sale, and their words are not credible.

This jewellers' customer service is horrible, overall experience is beyond disappointment, and the owner is even worst. Watch out everyone, hold onto your monies rather than wasting your efforts to make a trip here.
